Process & Product Development - Our engineers have extensive Quality, Regulatory and Manufacturing experience in Medical Devices & Phamaceuticals. We can help accelerate your Product Development Process through either on-site or off-site contract technical support.
Equipment Manufacture / CE marking - We design and manufacture custom equipment as well as jigs & fixtures used in manufacturing. All of our equipment is manufactured to the highest standards and is fully CE marked. Our products include Laser Welders and Thermal Prep equipment used in processing polymers which are currently in use in Europe & USA. In addition we have provided services for leading companies from Asia, US an Europe to evaluate potential materials for thermal and laser welding compatabilty.
Lean / Continuous Improvement - We are experts in Lean and have completed numerous Lean training and projects on client sites within the Medical Device and Food Industries. We are approved Lean Consultants on the Enterprise Ireland Consultant Directory for LeanStart and LeanPlus programmes.
Six Sigma - Our Engineers are experts at Technical Problem Solving (Six Sigma Black Belts) . We have successfully completed multiple complex projects & CAPA's in recent years providing very significant financial gains for our customers.
Validation / Quality Systems - Our Engineers have vast experience in regulated industry and are competent in Validation, CAPA, Risk Aalysis and other Quality System & Regulatory Procedures / Documentation.
Project Management / Mentoring Services - Our engineers and support networks and staff have proven time and again to successfully lead project to successful outcomes. We are very experienced at leading projects or operating as part of a larger team to achieve company objectives.
